North Korea Sending Soldiers to help Putin “Rebuild the Occupied Territories”

Russian President Vladimir Putin is received with full fanfare by North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. In the end, the governments sign a joint agreement that surprises most observers. Both sides assure each other of mutual assistance in the event of an attack.
